About Elephants Don’t Forget.

Adrian and Dan founded Elephants Don’t Forget following two decades of Senior Executive roles in large, international companies.

Neither are learning specialists nor psychologists but both recognised that rarely did training intervention deliver the promised results and, more often than not, were frustrated by obvious gaps in employee knowledge that led to complaints, sub-optimal employee performance and a host of other value destroying outcomes.

‘If only employees could learn what we trained them!’ said Adrian – and the rest, they say, is history.

The journey so far…

Adrian & Dan formed Elephants Don’t Forget back in 2012 and formally launched the business in 2013. For the next 5 years they refined and honed the algorithms that drive Clever Nelly and with the help of some loyal and forward-thinking customers, developed the application to offer best in class compliance, risk and latterly, employee performance outcomes.

In partnership with Aviva UK and Aviva Canada, we were awarded a cooperative gold award at the 2021 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards in the category of Best Advance in Machine Learning and AI.

Recognition for the only gold award in the category of Best Advance in Machine Learning and AI within the Excellence in Learning category was given due to the entry showcasing how employee-centric AI supports Aviva UK and Aviva Canada to continually drive employee capability and improve customer outcomes by re-enforcing key learning concepts post training.
