We are delighted to announce that Professor Patricia Riddell will be joining the herd at Elephants Don’t Forget as Director of Workforce Capability & Wellbeing.
Professor Riddell is a graduate of Oxford University and is a Professor of Applied Neuroscience working at Reading University.
Patricia will be contributing to the strategic development of Clever Nelly whilst continuing her academic commitments.
Her experience as a chartered psychologist and published researcher will be instrumental to Elephants Don’t Forget, as they work to better document and communicate the link between employee competence and wellbeing and the economic performance of businesses.
Patricia’s appointment will also involve specific activities regarding employee wellbeing and training activities, centred around EDF’s new-to-market solution, Nelly Wellbeing. More information on Nelly Wellbeing can be found here.
Dan Gray, CEO, had this to say, “We have worked with Tricia almost from day one, and she has added so much value and always been a vocal advocate for what we do. When the opportunity arose for her to join the herd, we jumped at it. Tricia has always been a very popular speaker at our events, and I am really excited to be working with her much more in the future”.
Patricia added, “I am so excited to be joining the herd, and to be able to contribute my skills and knowledge to convincing customers that Clever Nelly is the way forward for their businesses. I have always believed that Nelly plays an important role in more than just organisational learning and will be working hard to make the benefits to both employee competence and wellbeing part of most organisations’ DNA in the future”.
