Utilities recorded one of the strongest year-on-year improvements in the July 2026 UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
But progress remains deeply uneven. The sector is still 4.6 points below the UK average, while the gap between its highest and lowest-rated organisations has widened to 25.4 points.
