We have been certified by the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours – Great Place To Work UK. Founded on 30 years of groundbreaking research and data, GPTW measure employee experience through three key dimensions: trust, pride, and camaraderie.
As one of the only certifying bodies to exclusively use anonymous employee feedback, our GPTW certification is all the more meaningful to us at Elephants Don’t Forget.
86% of our UK-based colleagues responded that they strongly agree with the statement that ‘Elephants Don’t Forget is a great place to work’. This response result is 59% higher than at a typical company.
