Elephants Don’t Forget is a Best Workplace in Tech

Elephants Don’t Forget has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech for 2026.

This award is entirely based on anonymous employee feedback, with 86% of the herd in agreement that we have a great workplace culture.

Earlier this year, Elephants Don’t Forget gained certification from the global authority on workplace culture, experience and leadership behaviours – Great Place To Work.

We have now been selected as one of the top-performing technology employers in the UK. Flexibility, innovation and fairness were top scoring values across our teams, as well as colleague camaraderie and willingness to help others.

Dan Gray, CEO and Co-Founder of Elephants Don’t Forget, shared that:

“As a leadership team, we’re incredibly appreciative of the brilliant herd members at Elephants Don’t Forget.

Clever Nelly has had an immense journey over the last decade, as an early-to-market AI solution. We’re constantly looking for ways to better support our customers, developing our products and offerings to maximise their Return on Investment, and we could not do this without the contributions of the herd. Thank you, team, for an incredible 2026 – there is much on the horizon for 2027!”

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK said:

“The technology sector continues to evolve at pace, with advances in AI and digital innovation reshaping the way organisations operate and people work. In an environment defined by constant change, the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech demonstrate that a strong people-first culture is key to building confidence, connection, and trust. Through purposeful investment in their workplace culture, transparent leadership, and a commitment to supporting their employees, these organisations create environments where people feel secure, valued, and empowered to embrace what comes next. Congratulations to Elephants Don’t Forget on being recognised as a UK’s Best Workplace in Tech and for creating a culture where people can thrive.”

Meeting the Standards for Best Workplace

Great Place To Work receive direct feedback from over 10 million workers around the world telling them how they really feel about their employer. They administered their research-backed Trust Index employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces list.

The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Only those employers who have the highest levels of trust, job satisfaction, and who empower ALL their employees to thrive both in and outside of work are awarded official Best Workplaces recognition.
